The City of Weston (the CITY) is accepting informal quotes for Meridian Business Campus Traffic Signpost Assembly Replacement. Quotes shall be accepted from qualified and experienced CONTRACTORs to furnish: all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, maintenance of traffic, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary for the removal and disposal of existing traffic signpost, and the fabrication and installation of traffic signpost assemblies on the the roadways identified within the Meridian Business Campus area of CITY. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Westonstaff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish: all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, maintenance of traffic, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary for removal and disposal of existing traffic signpost, and the fabrication and installation of traffic signpost assemblies on the the roadways identified within the Meridian Business Campus area of the CITY. Proposed cost shall include all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, maintenance of traffic, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary for Traffic Signpost Assembly, in accordance with the provisions outlined in this RFIQ. The costs for each individual portion of the Work as set out herein shall be inclusive of all costs for each. Payment for each line item will be based on the actual quantities installed.
