The City requests proposals from qualified experienced firms to provide continuing professional architectural services in accordance with Florida Statutes, under a continuing services contract. The intent is to select one or more qualified firms to provide professional architectural services on an as-needed basis for projects that are limited in scope, cost, and duration as defined under the CCNA. The services may include, but are not limited to: feasibility studies, planning, and programming; design, design development, and construction documentation; renovation, alteration, remodeling, or repair of existing facilities; site development related to architectural projects; construction administration and observation services; and other services typically performed by an architect as defined by statute. All written or graphical work product must be provided in PDF format, WCAG 2.1, Level AA, ADA compliant. Proposers must be professionally licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida, have a resident office in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, have been in continuous practice for at least the past ten years, have performed work for local governments in Southeast Florida, and have completed professional architectural services for a government agency with infrastructure similar in scope, size, and complexity as the City of Weston. All proposers are advised that unauthorized use of the Citys seal constitutes a second-degree misdemeanor. The City Commission reserves the right to: A. Award all or a portion of the services set forth in the RFP/RFQ as determined to be in the best interest of the CITY; and B.
