Site work for a mixed-use development in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The school is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the selection of contractors to demo an existing playground and build a new playground install new turf and/or artificial grass and 7 exercise musical stations as further outline in this RFP located at 2500 Glades Circle Weston, FL in an efficient cost effective and timely manner and in compliance with Florida laws rules and codes. The board will recommend an award on February 17, 2026. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 1:30 PM ET Last day for contractor submission of written questions (RFIs) PROJECT SCOPE: a. Design and build two new playground structures, artificial turf or grass, and approximately seven exercise/music stations. b. Produce any and all necessary drawings and documents for building permits. c. Any grass that is ruined during construction due to heavy work trucks must be replaced at the end of the project. d. All work shall take place during day and weekends. Clean up and maintenance of the work area shall take place before the end of every work shift. e. Furnish, install, and maintain temporary fence partition to segregate working area as there will be children present on campus during project build. f. Scope includes permit processing and administration. Fees to be paid by the school.
