Swank Enterprises is requesting Bids for the Montana Tech - Main and Engineering Halls Renovation Project. The Main and Engineering building is a three story brick structure, as identified on the drawings and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This Early Work bid is for additional office space in the Library renovation, as identified. A/E # 2023-06-05 + A/E # 2023-06-06 FIRST FLOOR: 16, 824 SF (GROSS) SECOND FLOOR: 15,416 SF (GROSS) TOTAL: 32, 240 SF All bids shall include the cost of the following: 1. 1% Montana Gross Receipts Construction Tax 2.
