Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

1. Cut opening in countertop and install a 33" x 19-1/2" x 10-1/8" Elkay drop-in kitchen sink (or equivalent) with pullout faucet. 2. Install grease trap in cabinet below, connected to existing compliant floor drain. 3. Install electric point-of-use (POU) water heater in cabinet below sink. 4. Modify base cabinets to accommodate sink and heater; eliminate drawers while retaining drawer faces for appearance. 5. Perform all necessary electrical work to support water heater installation. The State of Montana, Department of Public Health & Human Services, on behalf of the Healthcare Facilities Practice, is issuing this Limited Solicitation (LS) for sink moving and replacing.
