Site work for a mixed-use development in Hilliard, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The 2025-26 Darby High School Retention Basin Rehabilitation Project consists of the rehabilitation of the Stormwater Retention Basin located east of Hilliard Darby High School and adjacent to Merchant Park near Downtown Hilliard. Work also consists of the haul-off and disposal of sediment dredged from three city stormwater basins. The sediment from the three basins was dredged in 2025 and is currently stored on the banks of each basin to allow for drying. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Any contractor questions on the technical plans and specifications shall be entered in the Q&A. Addenda will be issued if necessary. Tree removal dates are limited to November 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026. Rehabilitation work around the basin shall commence after June 1,2026. The Final Completion Date is August 15, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes
