Project Description: This project involves a series of improvements to enhance fish passage and protect aquatic resources in West Timber Creek and Rose Creek. The scope includes replacing six undersized culverts, reclaiming four unused diversions and one stream crossing, installing a siphon to convey irrigation water, and reconstructing and screening one irrigation diversion to prevent fish entrainment and support fish passage. On West Timber Creek, the work will include reclaiming the footprint of four unused concrete irrigation diversions and one unused culvert, as well as replacing an undersized culvert to enable upstream fish movement. On Rose Creek, the project will replace five undersized culverts, construct a siphon beneath the creek to separate Jevons Ditch water from Rose Creek, and relocate and screen the Ashworth #1 Diversion to facilitate fish passage and prevent entrainment. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 28, 2025.
