Site work for a water / sewer project in Meeteetse, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of replacing existing mechanical equipment and installation of a sedimentation basin at the water treatment plant. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Town of Meeteetse Town Hall Attn: Mayor J.W. "Bill" Yetter PO Box 38 Meeteetse, WY 82433. Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of W.S. 16-6-1001(a)(iii). Each bidder must include bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, per W.S.15-1-113(f). The bid bond, along with the bid, shall be payable to the Town of Meeteetse, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If awarded the contract, the successful bidder will also be required to provide contract securities (performance bond) in the amount of 100% of the bid, in accordance with W.S. 15-1-113(d) & (f) and W.S. 16-6-112.
