Site work for a water / sewer project in Meeteetse, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of reconstruction of two irrigation diversions on the Pitchfork Ranch to provide fish passage at the diversion and prevent entrainment (or loss) by screening each of the diversions. The irrigation diversions and source waters are: 1) Franc's Fork Ditch on the Franc's Fork, and 2) Greybull Ditch location on the Greybull River. The Franc's Fork Diversion and the Greybull Ditch are in ditch construction of a headgate and fish screen structure including cast in place concrete and minor grading. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 29, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 2:00 p.m. on September 4, 2024. Questions received after 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 29, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check.
