This includes, but is not limited to, approximately 10,825 LF of force main ice pigging, installation of three force main air release combination valve vaults, modification of the Millsdale lift station valve and meter vaults, and all associated site grading, paving, roadway, and parkway restoration. The City of Joliet, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for the 2025 Forcemain Improvement Program. No questions will be accepted after 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. All questions must be submitted through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal.
