Bids shall be accompanied by the proper bid security. The project consists of a two (2)-bay vehicle storage addition to the existing Building D at the Operations and Law Enforcement Facility which includes the required appurtenances as represented in the improvement plans. The proposed construction type and material shall match the existing Building D, which consists of a pre-engineered wood pole barn construction with metal roofing and siding, designed and built by FBi Buildings, Inc. The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid orany part or parts or combinations thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any or all bids.
