Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Rialto Square Theatre HVAC Replacement Bid Group: A Bid Packages: 1-Environmental Remediation, 2-Demolition, 3- Plumbing, 4- HVAC, 5- Electrical, 6- General Trades Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bond shall be payable to the RIALTO SQUARE THEATRE WILL COUNTY METROPOLITAN EXPOSITION & AUDITORIUM AUTHORITY 102 N Chicago St Joliet IL 60432. All documents and information required by the bidding instructions contained in the Bidding Documents for the project shall be submitted with the bid. Incomplete, late or non-conforming bids may not be accepted. No bids shall be withdrawn, cancelled or modified after the time for opening of bids without the Rialtos consent for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. All bidding documents including instructions, pre-bid RFIs, Addenda, and Exhibits will be updated and distributed through this program. All bidding contractors are encouraged to contact B&A for access to Building Connected please email Allison Roldan at aroldan@bulley.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or waive any irregularities or informalities. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, and quality and serviceability, as determined by the Owner. Any such decision shall be considered final. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. If during the time period of work, the prevailing wage rates change, the contractor shall be responsible for additional costs without any change to the contract amount. All bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Additionally, due to grant funding provided by the DCEO, there will be a total business enterprise program (BEP) utilization goal of 28%, including Minority-owned Business Enterprises, Womenowned business Enterprises, or Persons with disabilities-owned business Enterprises.
