Subcontractor shall do and provide all things necessary for the proper performance, installation, construction and completion of all of the ScopeOfWork hereafter called the Workto the satisfaction and acceptance of the General Contractor, Architect and Owner hereafter called Owner including, but not limited to, providing and paying for all labor, materials, tools, plant, equipment, competent full-time supervision, services, insurance and bonds and under and in accordance with the General Contract dated MainContractDate between Owner and General Contractor for the construction and completion of the ProjectName hereafter called the Project and in accordance with all General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Exhibits, Amendments and Alternates hereafter collectively called Contract Documents listed herein and attached hereto and subject to Article 11 herein, and made a part of this Subcontract to the same extent as if entirely restated herein and as subsequently modified by written executed Amendments and Change Orders. Subcontractor shall cause that all of the provisions of this Subcontract including the Work and all of the provisions of the contract between Owner and General Contractor (the General Contract) be specifically assumed by all sources of labor, trades and materials including all of Subcontractors own forces, subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors, suppliers, independent contractors and all other entities at any tier lower than Subcontractor (hereafter collectively called Sub-subcontractors) that have been used or will be used in connection with the performance or completion of any part of the Work.
