Project Summary and Proposal Document Information: The City of Fort Morgan will select a consultant to update the City's outdated Comprehensive plan. The City received an Energy and Mineral Impact Assistance Fund Grant (EIAF Grant) from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to update its comprehensive plan, conditional on inclusion of DOLA's land use planning policies. The comprehensive plan must conform with the provisions in C.R.S. 31-23-206 et.seq. Funding for the project is through the Department of Local Affairs Energy & Mineral Impact Assistance Fund (DOLA EIAF) and City of Fort Morgan Capital Improvement Funds. The cut-off date and time for questions is September 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Opening Date: The opening will not be a public opening as it will be subject to staff review of costs, schedule, options, qualifications, possible short list and/or interviews.
