Project Nos. Q1987-C, Q1987-H, Q1987-P, and Q1987-E, comprising separate contracts for Construction Work, HVAC Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work, Provide Facility Closure, Moriah Shock Incarceration Facility, 75 Burhart Lane, Mineville (Essex County), NY, Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $37,600 for C, $25,900 for H, $22,900 for P, and $15,700 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for C, between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for H, between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for P, and between $100,000 and $250,000 The substantial completion date for this project is 300 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
