Sealed bids are requested for the supply of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution for the Town of Moriah, Essex County, New York, for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The Sodium Hypochlorite Solution must be delivered in 55 gallon drums as prescribed by the Town Board, to two locations: 15 Kelsi Way Mineville NY 12956 and 26-30 Pump House Lane Port Henry NY 12974. The 26-30 Pump House Lane location requires delivery by box truck. Bids must be submitted in writing on the bidder's letterhead, contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town Clerk at 38 Park Place Suite 2, Port Henry, NY 12974, and marked "Chemical Bid." A Non-Collusive Bid Certificate, available from the Town Clerk, must be included. Bidders may request a statement of the previous year's Sodium Hypochlorite Solution usage from the Town Clerk at any time before the bid opening. The Town Board reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids at its discretion.
