LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Monday, December 29, 2025 @ 5:00PM PST The Blackfire Kitchen Bar and Coffee Bar Project will complete construction of the bar and coffee bar areas in the Blackfire Kitchen. A project which had been partially developed in 2019. The existing space has partial infrastructure including power, water and sewer, floor drains, some countertops, wall finishes, and millwork. Approximate square footage is 900 s.f. This project will re-use existing utilities and finishes where feasible and provide new infrastructure and finishes as required for a fully operational facility. A large portion of the equipment will be Owner furnished and Contractor installed (OFCI) as noted on the drawings. The equipment is largely automated so low voltage infrastructure is included. This project is being rebid with the following adjustments to the project scope: 1. Eliminate all new doors (provide cased opening to BOH area where doors are removed) 2. Eliminate temporary wall and all work associated with that. Contractor to provide Visqueen (or equal) separation 3. Eliminate wall modification at cubbies: wall to stay as existing 4. Eliminate new floor sink which also eliminates the scanning of the concrete floor 5. Eliminate beverage lines from self-contained Smart Bar 6. Eliminate BOH TV power/data (this wall is currently finished with FRP) Work Included o Selective demolition as indicated on drawings. o Utility extensions and modifications including: o Electrical: Power distribution and low-voltage infrastructure to support automated equipment. o Plumbing: Domestic water, sanitary sewer, floor drains. o Mechanical: HVAC connections, ventilation as shown on drawings. o Lighting: Interior fixtures and controls. o Interior finishes including: wall finishes, flooring and base, ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware. Contractor to provide wall backing as needed for wall hung equipment. o Provide and install equipment as noted on drawings. o OFCI equipment to be installed by Contractor; coordinate rough-ins, utility connections, and clearances. o Contractor to coordinate with Gaming Vendor for installation of equipment and power/data connections as needed. o Ensure all equipment is fully operational at project completion. 2. Project Completion Date: Completion of this Project must be achieved by no later than May 29, 2026 4. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. 5. Liquidated damages in the amount of $5,000 for substitution of Key Personnel without prior consent.
