Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
PENDING BOARD APPROVAL FOR AWARD IS ON OCTOBER 30, 2025. Furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: Replace Theater Seats Las Vegas High School MPID #0018783, PWP# CL-2025-528 The Work consists of removing and replacing (512) existing fixed theater seats with like and kind of fixed floor-mounted theater/auditorium seats in rooms 401 and 404. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of B, B2, C26. The Owner's representative is: Virgil Desagun, and may be reached at (702) 580-4895. Pre-Qualified Prime Bidders will need to email Reagan Cole at colerc@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through online. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
