a. Installation of cellular booster capable of providing -80dB or better signal throughout the building for HSPA, LTE and 5G b. Installation, configuration, and programming of the proposed solution. c. All labor, materials or other equipment required to implement the proposed solution must be included in the Total Bid Price. d. The need for coring and electrical work is not anticipated. In the event coring is necessary, the successful Bidder will work with the City's Building Maintenance department. e. Ceiling tiles are on T-bars except for in the detention area. J-hooks are allowed and accepted for installation and can be clipped to the T-bar wire supports. f. Donor cables can come in off the roof where the hatch for the AC plumbing is located. g. The ceiling in the secure area is dry wall and it is acceptable to drill holes if required for the cables to run through. h. If off air repeaters are being used as part of the solution, roof mounts consisting of a tripod on blocks would be preferred.
