Construction of a new single storey 1,635m2 wood frame childcare building in Brandon, Manitoba. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3-Warranty.
