Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SUMMARY OF WORK: The proposed work for the Building 02 - Partial Roof Replacement at the A.Q. Jones Center is, but is not limited to, the following: Unit pricing, allowances, selective structure demolition, metal fabrications, miscellaneous rough carpentry, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint protection and structural information as indicated on the documents. TIME OF COMPLETION. Time is of the essence. Task Order award will be made on October 7th, 2025. The Notice to Proceed will be issued shortly thereafter. The Work shall be Substantially Complete no later than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be fourteen (14) calendar days following Substantial Completion. PAYMENT/PERFORMANCE Bonds in the form prescribed by AIA Document A312, in the amount of 100% of the Task Order amount, shall be required for quotations over $200,000. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES in the amount of $250.00 per day shall be paid by qualified Offeror to SBAC in accordance with RFP #24-27.
