Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Home, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project is located at the Frank C. Jones King Hill Access Area, an existing boat ramp and parking area located in Elmore County on the south bank of the Snake River, approximately 4.5 miles east of Glenns Ferry, ID. The work generally consists of widening the access road, expanding and improving the parking lot, and extending the boat ramp. Construction is scheduled to commence by October 3, 2025 with a completion date of December 5, 2025. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract if the bid amount is greater than $50,000. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, they must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid if total project value is greater than $50,000. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and all craftsman and laborers performing their work under this contract shall be paid at the minimum prevailing wage rate as currently determined for this area by the U.S. Department of Labor Question Deadline 09/15/2025: Any person contemplating the submission of a proposal shall have thoroughly examined all of the various parts of these Documents and should there be any doubt as to the meaning or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the Owner, in writing (at least 6 working days prior to bid opening), an interpretation thereof.
