Roof Replacement, Buildings A/B/C South Louisiana Community College, Opelousas, LA Provide for removal and replacement of One Hundred linear feet of 2x6 wood blocking (Nailers) Provide for the removal and replacement of five squares (500 square feet) of metal decking and lightweight concrete fill (Polyiso Insulation may be used in lieu of lightweight concrete fill) Provide for the removal and replacement of Three (3) squares of 3/4 " plywood decking at Building C Provide for the removal and replacement of One (1) roof drain (strainer, deck clamp assembly) Questions about this procedure shall be directed to the Designer at: Designer Firm Name: Trahan Architecture + Planning, LLC Address: 819 Saint John St, Lafayette, LA 70501 Telephone: 337-504-7580 Email: russell@trahanarchitecture.com All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of either Building Construction (1) or Roofing and Sheet Metal, Siding (1.11)_. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract within (180 ) consecutive calendar days
