Goshen Irrigation District (Owner) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Fort Laramie Canal Tunnel 1 and 2 Rehab - Goshen Portals and Site Improvements The Project includes the following work: Work for the project will include reconstruction of up to four (4) tunnel portals and construction site establishment including access roads and staging areas. Portal Work shall include demolition of existing tunnel portal structures, support of excavation work at each site, temporary shotcrete headwalls, and installation of permanent cast-in-place concrete structures. Bidding shall be broken into three schedules as follows: 1) Base Bid-Tunnel 2 portals and site improvements with completion May 5th, 2026 2) Bid Alternate 1-Tunnel 2 and Tunnel 1 portals and site improvements with completion May 5th, 2026 3) Bid Alternate 2-Tunnel 2 portals and site improvements with completion May 5th, 2026, and Tunnel 1 portals and site improvements with completion May 5th, 2027 Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Bidding Documents will be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a Bidding Documents holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a third-party plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with Addenda, lists of registered Bidding Documents holders, reports on the Site, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, Addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
