Description

Renovation of a road / highway in Torrington, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.

The Goshen Irrigation District has two tunnels that will be rehabilitated. The project is planned to be completed in phases. The first phase will require the widening and construction of 4 portals consisting of soil nail wall stabilization and cast-in-place concrete structures at each of these locations. The project is planned to advertise for bids in August with an anticipated start day in the Fall of 2025 at the Tunnel 2 Outlet portal. Project Briefing at GID Office & Q&A 11:00 AM
