Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Torrington, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade detention facility.
Evaluate the current hardware/software in place, upgrade existing I-CON toilets, sinks and shower valves to enable communications to facility controller where required, remove and replace all NON-I-CON valves to I-CON communication capable valves. If the I-CON system needs complete replacement or if equipment of equal specifications that can communicate with I-CON software, it can be submitted prior to the substitution deadline for approval. Only bids submitted through the designated online site and on required forms will be considered. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Bidding questions and substitution requests must be submitted through the designated platform by the specified deadline, and bid bonds or appropriate deposits are required if the bid exceeds $150,000. Ensure company is added to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. All document downloads require an account on the specified procurement website. Late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted bids may be rejected. Bidders in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting must represent the bidding company.
