As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, seeks proposals for a camera system upgrade at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. The upgrade includes replacing 15 perimeter cameras with Axis digital cameras and installing or upgrading 45 cameras to Axis digital cameras inside the prison. Proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase site using State of Wyoming forms. Bidders must check the Public Purchase website for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal conference is required for eligibility. Bidding questions should be submitted through the Public Purchase website by the specified deadline. If the bid exceeds $150,000, a bid deposit of 10% in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check from a reliable bank, made payable to the State of Wyoming, or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000 is required. Original or required documents for the 10% bid bond or cashier check must be received in the Procurement Office by the deadline. Only fully uploaded and signed bids submitted through the online system by the deadline will be considered.
