Federal funds are utilized on this project and are subject to all the applicable requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Bidders must print, bind, and submit the entire bid specification document. The Village of Croton-on-Hudson reserves the right to reject any bids not submitted as specified. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A Non-Collusive Bidding Certification must be attached to the bid.
