The Work to be performed consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as required by the Contract Documents for the Sandy Ridge Park Storm Water Improvements as required and as herein specified, including any and all accessories associated with the installation. The Contractor shall submit a staged construction schedule to Owner. The Work to be performed is generally summarized to include but not be limited to the following. B. The project consists of the construction of new pumping station, pump controls, electrical improvements, site grading, excavation, storm sewers and landscape restoration at the existing Sandy Ridge Park. C. Debris Removal. Included as part of the above Work shall be the removal of any and all debris resulting from the Work including but not limited to existing pumps, flap gates, miscellaneous metals and electrical. Such debris shall be legally and properly disposed off site. All fees for such disposal shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor shall clean all pavement areas of dirt, mud and debris at the end of each work day (see Section 01 74 00). D. Painting.
