This project involves replacing the existing CRU2 computer room air conditioning unit with a new Liebert unit to improve cooling reliability and efficiency. The work includes removing the old unit, preparing the site, and installing the new system with integrated controls, coils, and humidification components. Coordination with electrical and controls teams is required to ensure proper power and system integration, with CRU2 initially operating independently due to legacy controls. The contractor will also perform testing, commissioning, and staff training. All work must minimize disruption to operations and conclude with submission of as-built documentation and warranty materials. Commencement of Contract shall start within 15 calendar days of written authorization to proceed with Contract Completion thereof on or before February 27, 2026. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in meeting.
