**As of October 8, 2025, the project was awarded to David Taylor Construction Inc, with an awarded amount of $462,928.50** The Project consists of +/- 1,200 Tons of road resurfacing & road construction to include leveling existing pavement, raising existing manholes, valve boxes, and grates to grade. Portions of the project will include on grade interlayer for crack repair and road construction involving soil cement base all required to complete the project as detailed in construction drawings. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All permits required for the construction of this project are expected to be approved prior to the date of the bid opening. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc. is not expected to be required for this project. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Transportation Special Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) program. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, Bidding Documents will be sent via email or other means of electronic file distribution. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
