Materials substitutions or questions will be accepted until 4:00 pm on or before September 18, 2025 Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The general items of work include Remove existing built-up roofing material and roof accessories as detailed on the drawings, remove existing rooftop package HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, heating ventilation units, equipment curbs, and associated connections for new roof. Work and re-install all equipment to same location per plan with new equipment platforms. Provide and install new white PVC roofing system, with walking pads with 2% minimum slope over new R-30 rigid insulation on existing roof deck. Provide new sheet metal flashing and cap flashing at selected areas, and pipes. Provide new roof drain scuppers at each roof level. Provide all conduits for water, electrical, and gas pipes on new rubber blocks. Alternate Bid No. 1 for cost reduction: Alternate bid for cost reduction: in lieu of PVC roofing install 3-ply built-up roofing system w/ walking pads & dense glass.
