Renovation of a military facility in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Work must be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City. Quotes are due by September 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST and must be submitted via email to tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil. Quotes must include completed block 17a (with UEI) and pricing on SF-1449. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A site visit is required and scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM EST. Coordination should be made with Unit COR Jason Peck at Jason.K.Peck@uscg.mil. Base access requires a REAL ID; no exceptions will be made. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $12.5 million. Only eligible, responsible sources with an active SAM.gov vendor record and meeting size requirements by the RFQ deadline will be considered. The Government may cancel the solicitation and intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist by September 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. No oral questions will be accepted.
