Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Hempfield Park Phase 3 Rehabilitation and Parking Prime contractors should use the Directory of Minority Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal in favor of Hempfield Township. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with Hempfield Township Supervisors. Hempfield Township Supervisors reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 If any person contemplating submitting a Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other contract Documents, or if he finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, her lay submit a written request to the Engineer for an interpretation or correction thereof. All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date set for bid opening.
