Renovation of a military facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Kansas National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the installation of two Daikin Applied model AGZ010F air-cooled packaged chillers at Building 44. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing units, installing the new chillers, performing all start-up and programming procedures, and coordinating with Sandifer Controls to ensure proper communication with KANG DDC controls. Disposal of the old units is also included in the scope of work. The contract duration is 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list completion. This project is 100% set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(b) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
