*As of September 12, 2025 this project has been awarded to FECHKO EXCAVATING for $725,716.75. Be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the Village of Hunting Valley in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, or by a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, drawn in favor of the Village of Hunting Valley. Performance Bond in the amount or anticipated amount of the contract Evidence of General Liability Insurance from a company licensed by the State of Ohio in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for any accidental occurrence arising out of any act or omission by the Contractor which causes bodily harm or property damage, and shall cause the Village to be named as an additional insured on the policy The Village of Hunting Valley reserves the right to consider criteria other than price, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the bids received. Council will accept the lowest and best bid in accordance with law.
