General work description: This project will expand park boundaries and update infrastructure, landscaping, and amenities. Work includes building or renovating playgrounds, pathways, parking, entrances, and upgrading furniture, lighting, restrooms, picnic shelters, and signage for better safety and comfort. All other standard tasks required by plans and specifications will also be completed. The contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time this contract is awarded.
