This project is federally funded with Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, ALN number 14.218, Grant numbers B-18-UC-53-0002, B-19-UC-53-0002, B-20-UC-53-0002 and B-23-UC-53-0002 and is subject to Title 24 CFR 570 and the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations as applicable. This project is subject to Prevailing Wages and Labor Standards as described in the Prevailing Wage section of the bid packet. Minority and/or Women Owned Businesses.
