**As of October 17, 2025, this project bid date and time was extended till October 24, 2025.** The Work required for this Project includes but is not limited to: Selective site demolition; clearing and grubbing; removal of asphalt pavement; installation of domestic water, fire water, sewer, natural gas, power and stormwater utilities; grading; asphalt paving; pavement markings; concrete placement; installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk; landscaping, installation of an at grade railroad crossing including track work; chain link fencing; installation of a self-contained pressure washing facility; installation of prefabricated guard shelter; installation of a tent style maintenance shelter; street lighting. Work will be conducted on Port owned property, City of Tacoma Right-of-Way and Tacoma Rail track. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid in a form allowed by the Instructions to Bidders. Estimated cost range is $29,300,000 to $30,850,000, plus Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). Any questions to the Port may be submitted to the Procurement Information: Department through Online.
