Pierce County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOA) from firms interested in providing a preliminary engineering design for County Road Project. The qualified firm will design pedestrian improvements along 78th Avenue E from 204th St. E. to 196th St. Ct. E. (see Exhibit A). 1.2. Background The project is funded through State legislative appropriations and improvements will consist of ADA compliant concrete sidewalks and curb ramps along both sides of 78th Avenue East. Question Submission Deadline:October 10, 2025, 4:00pm Proposal Evaluation:Approximately three weeks after proposal submission deadline, proposals will be evaluated and interviews may be held if multiple proposers are deemed capable of meeting the requirements. Estimated Notice of Intention to Negotiate a Contract:Approximately six weeks after proposal submission deadline. Estimated Date of Contract Execution :Approximately eight weeks After proposal submission deadline.
