A question received asked if the Clarifications deadline on PennBid currently set to close on September 22nd, 2026, at 10:00am could be pushed back until September 24th, 2026. Questions Due Date Sep 24th 2025, 10:00 AM EDT Of Note: This project covers the Electrical Construction contract Contract No. 2 (Electrical Construction) includes installation of panelboard, circuit breakers, electrical conduit, wiring, lighting, receptacles, exhaust fan, motorized louvres, electrical control panels, and other associated work as more fully described on the construction drawings. Any earthwork associated with Contract No. 2 (Electrical Construction) is the General Contractor's (Contract No. 1) responsibility. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. The City of Lebanon hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
