Renovation of an educational facility in Export, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove existing floor tile, repair base floor and install new LVT floor tile to the Lobby and common areas in the Murrysville Center. Remove and disposal of the current lobby flooring and carpet tile along with base molding. Repair any and all area of the base floor, prepare the base area for new LVT tile, adhere and affix tile to base. Perform any remediations to floor as needed. Install all new base molding, thresholds if applicable. Murrysville Center Exterior Railing Replacement No bidder may withdraw his bid for the period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Westmoreland County Community College reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
