Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Export, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Separate and sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Export for the Storage Salt Shed Project. Bidders must obtain contract documents from Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co. with a non-refundable payment. Bidders are responsible for viewing the project on their own. Questions regarding the project should be submitted to Allen Kniss via email by the specified deadline. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent of the proposal, payable to the Borough of Export. Bid packages must be clearly marked with the job name and contract number. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after submission. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply. The project is funded wholly or partially by the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Any bid not submitted under these conditions will be rejected. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality.
