Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Export, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Borough of Export. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with the Borough of Export. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirement do apply to this project. This project is partially funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA). The Borough of Export reserves the right to reject any of all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
