Construction of fuel systems. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to complete the work It is the intent that the construction and materials specifications for items so designated in the plans conform to the State of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Standard Specifications, and INDOT Standard Specifications are hereby included in these specifications by reference. Unless stated otherwise, the most recent State of Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications shall apply to all INDOT referenced items, including sections: INDOT 301 Aggregate Base INDOT 502 Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, PCCP INDOT 503 PCCP Joints INDOT 702 Structural Concrete INDOT 737 Welded Wire Reinforcement, WWR If there is a conflict between the Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and the contents of the General Provisions, Supplemental General Provisions, Technical Provisions, or Supplemental Technical Provisions of these specifications, the General Provisions, Supplemental General Provisions, Technical Provisions, and Supplemental Technical Provisions shall govern.
