The services include preparation of construction contract plans and plan package documents for the City of St. Clairsville on Thompson Drive in Belmont County with a project length of approximately 0.25 mile. The project will rehabilitate the roadway from State Route 9 to Clark Road with a 3 +/- asphalt mill and fill, full-depth pavement repairs, curb, pipe extensions, and other associated roadway items.
