Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Post Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,400-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project consists of the construction of a new 5,400 SF pre-engineered metal building [PEMB] on an existing site owned by the Idaho Department of Labor. The new building will be used only for storage with no daily programmatic needs. The existing site is empty and will require minimal re-grading. All utilities have been accounted for in survey. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum The new space will house storage for materials/supplies that are used by the Department of Agriculture. Two large [14 ft. x 20 ft.] overhead doors will provide ample room for the equipment, vehicles, and materials.
