Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of qualifications. A recommendation committee will rank all proper submittals based on the evaluation criteria. From these rankings, either a recommendation for the most qualified CMGC will be made, or a short list of leading candidates will be developed for the purpose of interviews. Once the interviews and final ranking are complete, City Staff will enter into negotiations for a contract for the work subject to this RFQ. If an agreement cannot be reached with the selected Respondent, the next "qualified" Respondent will be contacted for contract negotiations. The City reserves the sole right not to select any firm for the services based on this RFQ, to accept or reject any or all submittals, or to cancel, at its discretion, this RFQ at any time. The City of Post Falls (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (proposals) from experienced and qualified CMGCs who meet Idaho Law Title 54 - Professions, Vocations, and Businesses, Chapter 45 - Public Works Construction Management Licensing Act, which requires an Idaho licensed Construction Manager and a Principal or full-time employee who has a valid public works contractor license as a General Contractor. The City desires to select a CMGC to provide pre-construction and construction services for improvements to the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Solids Handling Facilities.
