**As of April 7th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 21, 2026** the work includes roadway and pipeline construction in Seltice Way from McGuire to Chase Road in Post Falls, Idaho. Work will include construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage infrastructure, forcemain piping (sewer and reuse water). All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. This project is not funded with Federal Funds and Davis Bacon wages will not apply. The agreement between Owner and Contractor is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and associated Regulations. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
