Site work for a water / sewer project in Post Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes installation of approximately 5,700 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, valves, connections, and related work. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements. Bidders must be on the Plan Holder's List to be notified of any Addenda. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to submit a bid. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign, as well as Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. Bid security will be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract as specified. Prospective bidders are directed to the Instructions to Bidders for further discussion of bid policies, procedures, and requirements. The City of Post Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City. To the extent the Bidder intends to subcontract any work, the required nondiscrimination notice must be included in agreements with subcontractors. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
